Beautiful landscape surrounds the gated community, which is monitored by their security staff. Super great amenities. Everyone we ran into while taking a tour with Elizabeth from the front office, were all friendly and happy. I'd recommend this beautiful community.
Went through 10 open houses. 2 were great even though we are a year + from buying. 2 to 3 need fixing up. The park itself is very impressive with more activities than you will ever want and a convenient location.
What a beautiful community! Lots to do, beautiful expansive grounds and many amenities. We went to visit a family member and spent some time by the pool and what impressed me most was how friendly people were. It seemed like a much more friendly, welcoming place than some 55+ communities. We had our young son with us and nobody shushed him at the pool for being an enthusiastic 6 year old. On the contrary, multiple adults had conversations with him and us as well. People seemed to be very social and kind.
My brother and his wife have rented for several years in this community and decided to buy there about 6mos ago. We had never been in Arizona before. We visited for 2 weeks just a couple weeks ago. Amazing state and we really loved everything that Las Palmas (in Mesa) had to offer. So much going on and very well kept. We are playing to re-visit. The winters get longer every year here in MI. Great place for you to consider. Centraly located in Az., as well.

We live here and enjoy the well maintained, peaceful and safe environment.There is a Great clubhouse, swimming pool and pickle ball, tennis and bocce ball courts
Been here 7 months now and so far so GOOD! Love the Billiard Room. Can't beat the large resort style swimming pool. Security Guards are terrific and very thorough. Feel like I'm on vacation everyday. Only thing I would change thus far is allow large dogs too. Dogs are the best! ;)
